I thought I would use this as a journal for what its like to be away from my husband while he is deployed. He is my best friend and my one true love. We have three great kids together and have been married for 15 years. I just pray that he returns to us safely so we can go back to our wonderful life together.

Your finally home!
It is over. I really can't believe it. I think the smiles on the boys faces says it all. It has only been a week and it seems like you never left. Hopefully, we will never have to go thru this again...We love you!

I see that you haven't written in your blog in a while. I'm interested in an update on how you and your family are doing. How are your boys? What did your husband think of all of you after being gone for so long.
Thank goodness he is home and no more stress in that area.
First I'd would like to say thank you all for the sacrificies you and your family members in Iraq or where ever their serving that they have made for us. Wanted to know has anyone check out the http://www.battle4soldiers.com/ Seems ok will buy something and report
I would love ideas on what I can do as a blogger to better support our troops. Meanwhile, all I have is this USO show idea...
So for the brave men and women of our military, and for lesser mortals everywhere, RightLinx will host our 3rd weekly USO dance party Friday night. This is a John Kerry-free zone where conservatives know how to party.
